In my 100th post on this blog Apes evolution becomes revolution.
Not bad movie.My expectations were far more.

A bit slow and boring,and like majority of the movies fails to explain few things(like how every single ape starts acting smart towards the end).

It would definitely be a super hit movie in 1873,sorry guys this is 2011.
Don't get carried away by the big names.

Awesome idea and a nice movie.

A bit slow and low here and there, but overall it is good.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)

This moon landing video is better than the America's previous one.

Movie not having Megan fox is a bit disappointing(should be more for her),but doesn't matter.So here's their strategy-


I don't know if the previous theaters were not this good or the 3D in this movie is much better, but I must admit the 3D technology is getting much better.
Here and there the movie has few loopholes, but overall it is a very good movie.You must watch this in 3D atleast for the graphics and stuff.
Worth watching.

Cars 2 (2011)

I would have expected nothing less.Its a  Cars bond movie.

Could have been lot better if they hadn't copied so much from bond movies and have been more creative.

Green Lantern (2011)

Oh I had almost forgot...
I take back my previous statement...
throughout the movie I was wondering if this is an action movie or a comedy movie.. Definitely not much thought is gone into the movie, but a couple of scenes are well shot.

And yeah this is supposed to be his mask to protect his identity.


 A test pilot is granted a mystical green ring that bestows him with otherworldly powers, as well as membership into an intergalactic squadron tasked with keeping peace within the universe.

Hall Pass (2011)

Not bad, but not worth watching 100 mins either.

Super 8 (2011)

After witnessing a mysterious train crash, a group of friends in the summer of 1979 begin noticing strange happenings going around in their small town, and begin to investigate into the creepy phenomenon.

I didn't watch this movie properly since the print was not great,so didn't understand exactly what was happening.From the bits and pieces understood, it appears to be overhyped,one of the reason being Steven Spielberg & J.J. Abrams I guess....
overall OK movie.

Green Lantern: Emerald Knights (2011)

As the home planet of the Green Lantern Corps faces a battle with an ancient enemy, Hal Jordan prepares new recruit Arisia for the coming conflict by relating stories of the first Green Lantern and several of Hal's comrades.

Good, but not good enough to become must watch.
It starts with short stories which makes the movie very interesting, but in the middle uppinkaayi becomes more than oota, short stories make most of the movie.
Waiting for the 'Green Lantern".....This is not, if u thought so....

Terminator Salvation (2009)

After Skynet has destroyed much of humanity in a nuclear holocaust, a group of survivors led by John Connor struggles to keep the machines from finishing the job.

A very good movie with brilliant sound mixing and editing, needless to say about acting.Made me feel like after a long time I am watching a good movie.

X-Men: First Class (2011)

In 1962, Charles Xavier starts up a school and later a team, for humans with superhuman abilities. Among them is Erik Lensherr, his best friend... and future archenemy.

A very good,thought about movie.
A lot of it gives a deja-vu feeling if you have watched "Heroes".

Ready (2011)

Ready is not a film for people who are looking for meaningful cinema.Not bad time pass movie.

It had been long since I watched the original one.A lot of changes are made.A good watch to spend time.

Thor (2011)

The powerful but arrogant warrior Thor is cast out of the fantastic realm of Asgard and sent to live amongst humans on Earth, where he soon becomes one of their finest defenders.

Nice story,nice movie.Will definitely watch the next part.

The Hangover Part II (2011)

Two years after the bachelor party in Las Vegas, Phil, Stu, Alan, and Doug jet to Thailand for Stu's wedding. Stu's plan for a subdued pre-wedding brunch, however, goes seriously awry.

The first 25 minutes of the movie is boring.Then the actual movie begins.

What made The Hangover fun and entertaining unfortunately leads to predicatability in The Hangover II. The only reason I got any enjoyment out of this movie at all was because I liked the characters in the first movie. I wish they had tried to do something fresh with the story and the characters, but it was the same old gags.
I like the first one more.

Kung Fu Panda 2

The newer version of fat panda is fully packed with action & comedy.


Po joins forces with a group of new kung-fu masters to take on an oooold enemy(so old that he don't remember also) with a deadly new weapon.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011)

It definitely is not up to the expectations , but overall it is good.A little less darker than the third one(but still dark).
Many witty dialogues (majority of them are already in the trailer). In the scene I too supported 'the missionary's position'.

Ala Modalaindi (2011)

Awesome comedy movie.



Senti scenes are ok ok, comedy is too good.

Fast Five (2011)

Well I was expecting it to be good,but never thought it would be this good.The casting is very good,and it has lot more to offer than the previous one.The action(throughout),the comedy(especially in the end)...Awesome.

Definitely worth a watch.

Paul (2011)

This alien swears,smokes what not.Now you have an idea about the movie. I rate it not bad.

Sucker Punch (2011)

Worth watch for the idea in which the movie is represented.Most of it seems unnecessary,but still,not a bad movie.

A crazy action movie, which doesn't make sense for most part of it,unless you know from the beginning that Milton has escaped from hell to take vengeance.

This is the only movie I have got to watch till day where Jhonny Depp plays a normal character.

You'll enjoy this movie if you watch with a bunch of critics like I did.

A nice sci-fi action flick,I didn't like the ending much though.
